Current Openings
We currently have openings for the following positions:
- Escrow Personnel: 1+ years experience working in the escrow department for a servicing company. Monitor property taxes, insurance policies and communicate with management to make payments to ensure compliance within company policies and investor requirements.
- Senior Lien Monitor: Entry level position to monitor all senior liens in which BLC Servicing has a junior lien position. Strong candidates will be comfortable on the phone, with technology, multi-tasking, and managing multiple accounts on a daily basis.
- Shipper/Processor: 1+ years experience in the custodial, funding and/or shipping department. Responsibilities include scanning, archiving, shipping and continuous interaction with key investors/vendors.
