    The Easiest Way to Pay...

      To be sure that your payment is always received on time, you can have it automatically deducted every month from your checking or savings account of your choice.

      In order to sign up, please complete, sign and return the Electronic Funds Transfer Form with a deposit slip or voided check, showing the bank routing and transit numbers.

      After receiving your authorization, the transaction will be set up with your bank, on the business day of each month you designate, your checking or savings account will be debited in the amount of your monthly loan payment.

      Please continue to make your loan payments until you receive confirmation of the exact date that the first payment will be drawn from your account.

      If you are currently making your payments automatically, no further action is required.  Your original authorization is still valid.

    Making your loan payment is as easy as placing a phone call.

    Just pick up your phone and call 877.777.3858.  Please have your checking account or credit card information ready.  A one-time withdrawal will be made from your account or credit card from your account on the date you specify.

    Please note:  a fee may be assessed for this service.  This service is not available where prohibited by the law.

    • Write your account number on your check or money order.
    • Write any additional amounts you are including on your payment coupon.
    • Do not staple your check to the payment coupon.

    • Please be sure to indicate your loan number for proper application.

    Additional Payments

    Please indicate on your billing statement any additional monies you are remitting with your regular payment.

    Assuming your loan is current and has the standard application requirements (please check your note, Mortgage and any applicable Riders for details) any amount over and above the regular payment amount will be applied first to any outstanding charges (late fees or interest) and then to principal.

    Also, if your Note has a prepayment fee, the extra monies sent could trigger that fee.

    What options might be available to you?

    The sooner you contact us, the faster we can work together to get your account back on track.  Every call is answered by an experienced Loan Counselor who is prepared to review the facts and circumstances behind the default of the loan.  Based on the customer’s willingness and ability to pay, the Loan Counselor may propose the following customized options to help keep the customer in their home or help them liquidate their properties outside of the foreclosure arena:

      Repayment plans, up to twenty-four months, to repay all past due amounts and bring your account current.

      Fresh-start repayment plans, generally three to six months, to allow customers to stay in their homes while making payment arrangements.  These can be done while the borrower is seeking refinancing, marketing and selling their home, or liquidating assets to reinstate their mortgage.

      Loan modifications to restructure the debt through change of interest rate and/or term of debt.

      Short sales where the proceeds from the sale of the property are less than the total amount owed.

      Deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, possibly in conjunction with a cash-for keys workout.
